About Scuba Diving NJ
This intro scuba training program in New Jersey will let you experience first-hand the joys and thrills of scuba diving without enrolling into a full course.
During the program, you’ll learn some basic concepts of scuba diving; you’ll dive in pool-like conditions, and of course you’ll be supervised by a certified PADI scuba instructor in New Jersey. You can decide if scuba diving is right for you as you advance in our PADI Discover Scuba NJ program.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START?
- Minimum age: 10
- You must completely fill out and submit a signed Discover Scuba form.
WHAT WILL I DO?
You will learn some basic concepts taken out of the PADI Open Water course by doing some skills and deciding if you want to commit to the full course.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
A pool experience will take about half a day; but if you are going to the Ocean as well, reserve a full day!
WHAT WILL I NEED?
You’ll need the PADI Discover Scuba Brochure, your bathing suit / board shorts and a sense of adventure! You’ll find out soon enough how fun scuba diving in NJ can be!
WHERE CAN I GO FROM HERE?
