Two Great Students
Our two students, Dan and Giorgio, exemplified great improvement in scuba diving skills in the PADI Advanced Scuba Diving Certification In Union County NJ class this past weekend. All dives were done on the student side at Dutch Springs water park.
Productive Friday
On Friday, Giorgio began his PADI Advanced Open Water Certification classes with a Peak Performance Buoyancy dive. We spent time on the student side, going through the buoyancy rings and making sure he went through the rings maintaining his trim and not touching them. Then in his deep dive we dove the pump station area. We began his deep dive doing a free descent by the lookout tower and using the column as a visual reference. Then we proceeded down by the pump station pipes and moving past the old stairwell located there. Maximum depth was seventy eight feet.
Saturday Also Very Effective
On Saturday regarding the PADI Advanced Scuba Diving Certification In Union County NJ class, Dan finished his last two deep dives pertaining to his PADI Deep Specialty certification. His first dive was the pump station.
The second dive was a free descent from the dock area in the student side of Dutch Springs and passed by the platform at twenty five feet where we saw a pumpkin carving contest underwater. We proceeded past the firetruck to the boat at forty feet and then swam past the fifty foot platform to the Tanker wreck at seventy feet.
The water temperature at the Tanker wreck was fifty five degrees. The PADI Advanced Scuba Diving Certification In Union County NJ class was a great success for both advanced open water students.
