PADI Advanced Scuba Diving Class At Dutch Springs PA
Congrats To Our Three Students
We at Scuba Guru want to extend our congratulations to our advanced students, Paul, Dan and Erina in attaining their PADI Advanced Open Water certification at the PADI Advanced Scuba Diving Class At Dutch Springs PA this past weekend. We covered a number of themed dives.
Day One
The first dive was a peak performance buoyancy dive where we got all the students weighted properly and trim in the water. A lot of attention was paid to their neutral buoyancy in the water where we watched their trim. Some water games were played where they swam through suspended rings without touching the sides and coming as close to the platform without touching it. We then proceeded to do a deep dive by first going down to the crane wreck and then navigating to the six by six truck at eighty three feet. The water was a balmy fifty degrees. Moving on with the rest of the day, we finished day one off with a wreck dive where students observed the instructor using a wreck reel in low visibility areas. Students also had to observe and notice the wreck for areas where penetration wouldn’t be viable. After coming up to the surface they noted areas of the wreck and we discussed it features.
Day Two
The second day of the PADI advanced scuba diving class at Dutch Springs PA, we finished the certification class with two dives. The first was an underwater navigation dive where they had to navigate to the helicopter wreck and the last dive was multi-level dive where they had to plan a multi-level dive with their eRDPml computers. These students were stellar in their skills and we at Scuba Guru are very proud of them.
