PADI Open Water Certification April 2014
Successful Early Spring Class
The PADI Open Water Certification April 2014 class was a success. Scuba Guru wants to congratulate the four students in obtaining their PADI Open Water Certification that they worked very hard for their certification.
Late December 2013 Pool Class
The PADI Open Water Certification April 2014 class began late December of 2013 with the confined water pool class where we went over the necessary skills that would be performed in the open water. It took two pool sessions to complete the confined water portion of the PADI Open Water Certification April 2014 class.
Academics Efficiently Completed
Finally, we moved onto to the academic portion on a late Saturday afternoon. All students passed their written theory exam first time around which means that they were well prepared. The water at Dutch Springs was cold from the winter freeze but the thick wetsuits worked well in protecting the students from the cold water.
Success Throughout
From the confined water pool sessions to the academics to finally doing their open water checkout dives in the cold April temperatures at Dutch Springs, they finally achieved their goal and are now PADI Open Water certified. See all you guys for the PADI Advanced classes to come. All requirements were met with regard to the PADI Open Water Certification April 2014 class ensuring that all the students could go on their scuba diving vacation to Belize.
