Although the weather at Dutch Springs was cold and rainy on Saturday and Sunday, the PADI Scuba Diving Certification Morris County NJ class was successful.

Challenging But Successful Class

We battled the rain on Saturday and then the wind picked up which made things challenging at times. But the two police officers, Jaime and Abdul, from two police departments showed perseverance in accomplishing all the open water skills with regard to the PADI Scuba Diving Certification Morris County NJ class. Great Assistants

They are both PADI Assistant instructors. Some of the challenges we faced was good practice for Eddie since he is going to the PADI Instructor Development course to qualify to sit for the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor exam. The water was still warm and was approximately sixty degrees at the surface. The temperature of the water was actually warmer than the air temperature. Sometimes in the morning you can see the steam coming off the water which looks surreal.

Efficient In Completing The Skills

A lot of the open water skills were done on Saturday which gave us a little more leeway with the the fourth checkout to visit a wreck. Battling the wind and the rain on a November weekend, we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do and more which contributed to the overall success of the PADI Scuba Diving Certification Morris County NJ class. It was also nice and quiet at Dutch Springs and securing tables was an easy feat. Our students Jaimie and Abdul did a great job.
