Ray had contacted Scuba Guru wanting to take his confined water class because, a year ago, he took it with another establishment and claimed that “he was in the pool with many children and adult and the class was chaotic”.

He Finally Got The One On One Attention

So, when Ray came to Scuba Guru, we assured his experience would be a pleasurable one and there wouldn’t be a mass of students in the pool creating an environment not conducive to learning. We started the Scuba Diving Certification Ocean County NJ class with the academics and got through the dive theory portion within record time and he mastered the information efficiently without any need to go over any subject matter.

Productive Pool Experience

Finally, we proceeded to the ninety degree pool to do the confined water skills. Ray was tested on the three hundred yard snorkel mask swim and the ten minute water tread. Then, we immediately started on the shallow water skills such as the snorkel to regulator exchange, free-flow regulator and BCD removal and replacement at the surface. We took a little break then started on the deep water skills which involved practicing buoyancy such as the hover and the fin pivot exercise. He was able to master the skills after one try which was assuring.

Accomplished In One Day
