Our Scuba Diving Willow Springs 8/3-8/4, 2022 event consisted of two brothers (Matt and Joe) completing their open water checkout dives at Willow Springs, PA. The Scuba Diving Willow Springs 8/3-8/4, 2022 event is representative of the many open water dives we do at Willow Springs. It is a quarry located in Richland, PA, with a lot of attractions underwater. The open water dives are representative of the local diving that takes place here in the Northeast quadrant of the US.
